6D5N Bali Trip

Bali Bali Bali! Wat a wonderful beach resort. Came back this evening ard 10pm. Had tons of fun and adventure. Weather over there was very hot esp this afternoon. I was sweating uncontrollably, as though i am taking a shower. ha... Wanted to do some last min shopping but gave up eventually due to the hot weather.

I am now SUPER tan. ha... Bali sun was good. It baked me till i was mistaken as an Indonesian. However, i wasnt really tanning. I played body boarding, if i am not wrong. It goes like this, u have a board, then when the wave strikes, using ur body with the board, you ride along the wave. Pretty similar to surfing. But was damn cool lor.

This sport really make me dark like a charcoal. The feeling of riding on a wave is just fantastic. Now i know why pple enjoy surfing. As surfing was exp, we opt for this cheaper sport. I agreed with Alex that we must try surfing the next time when we are back in Bali.

Other than beach activities, we wandered into the rural area in Bali. First, it was the padi field. The scenery was nice. We walked ard one of the field, with an intention to be like a farmer. ha... Since Bali has volcano, she has fertile soil, farmers here adopt contouring farming. That makes the scenery beautiful. Moreover, the farmland is not the usual type that we see in Kedah Malaysia.

We also went to Kintamani. One of Bali's highland, also volcano. To be more exact, it is Mount Agung. We stayed on top of the hill. Once again excellence scenery except for some lack in anemities. My travelling partners went treking while i remained in the hotel. I am not the treking type.

I also get to see many villages in Bali. I guess the pple there lead a simple life with minimal stress. Woman carrying stuff on their head, children running ard catching chicken. They will come down to the beach area on weekend for some getaway. Stress free! We dun get to experience or see this here in Singapore.

Overall, the 6 days 5 nights trip to Bali was fruitful. I encounter new experiences and refresh my mind for a moment. Once again, it opened up my sight. If you ask me will i want to go Bali again? My answer is simple YES.
