14yo Friendship

Its 230am in the morning and i just reached home. Well, it is not a clubbing night. I was out for supper with my very best friends. Yep, they are my bros for more than a decade, even longer than Ken. Yes, Hao and Ying. We had a little meet up session before new year to see how we are doing. I kinda miss the days when we were classmates in school.

I think it is good to meet many old friends before the year comes to an end. I have met a few ones. The only friend that i would want to meet next is Lincoln. He is my buddy when we were in NS. We used to be very close and even went on a trip to Gold Coast 6 years ago. Those were the days. I miss these pple. They really make a difference in my life.

Coming back to hao and ying, we were very close friends since the days in MJR. We always hang out together, celebrated many new year together. I still remember there was once when they stayed over at my house for countdown. That was like N years ago. It was really fun. We were students and have less burden to tackle during those days.

Although many unexpected events happened over the last few years, we managed to keep in contact and are still the best of friends. I feel so relax catching up with them. While on our way back, Hao recalled the days when i always had stomachache in the morning. He would have to carry my books or bag to class. I would be rushing for toilet. ha... Really...

Sometimes, i really feel grateful for all the things he had done in the past. Whatever unhappy incidents happened, i would think of the good things he had done for me. Yeah. He really helped me a lot. Not forgetting the long hours we spent chatting on phone. Ha... Those MJR days.

I was msning to Kaz last night saying that i would love to go back to my younger days. But, no exams pls. ha... He shared the same sentiment too. I guess when you grow older, you tend to have this kind of feeling. Hmm.... uncle tots?
